Sound Bath with Reiki & Flowers

Lying comfortably, you'll be guided to stillness with quartz singing bowls and beautiful violin serenades. Flowers will be intuitively placed, while Reiki is offered through the light-touch of hands-on placement on your head and shoulders to support your well-being through the natural life force energy that exists throughout nature.

The experience will close with a flower meditation, as the mist of a flower essence rains down on your skin, and your body receives, integrates, and settles into the earth.

We kindly ask that you bring your own mat, blanket, cushions, and any comfort items to lie on the floor. The event will be held in an indoor space (open air, weather permitting) with a concrete floor with some rugs placed for extra comfort.
