Rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit with a relaxing 1.5-hour experience blending breathwork, meditation, yin yoga, and Reiki. This transformative session is designed to enhance mindfulness, flexibility and overall well-being. Led by Briana of Touch of Nature Healing and Shannon of Infinity Flow Yoga. Participants will leave the Yoga & Reiki experience deeply relaxed, refreshed, and centered.
