Briana Pontius, LMT, PTA,CST-T
CranioSacral Therapy
Distance Reiki Healing
Briana Pontius is the founder of Touch of Nature Healing and a Certified CranioSacral Therapist (CST-T), specializing in adult and pediatric CranioSacral Therapy. Her work centers on this gentle, hands-on modality, which supports the nervous system, releases tension patterns in the body, and encourages our natural ability to restore balance and heal.
Briana began studying CranioSacral Therapy in 2018 and has pursued extensive advanced training through the Upledger Institute. Achieving certification represents years of dedicated study, clinical practice, and personal experience receiving the work herself.
Briana’s approach is informed by her broader background in hands-on healing. She began her career in 2012 as a Physical Therapy Assistant, later becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, and has trained extensively in myofascial release, Reiki, and other integrative techniques. These experiences continue to inform the thoughtful, individualized care she provides today, and she often incorporates other modalities into her treatment sessions.
At the heart of Briana’s work is a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom. Her role is to listen, support, and create the conditions where healing can unfold naturally.

Becca Buffer
Reiki Healing
Becca Buffer is a Reiki healer with a foundation in social work, offering gentle, grounding energy work to support emotional and physical well-being. With a trauma-informed and intuitive approach, she creates a calm, supportive environment where the nervous system can settle and the body’s natural capacity for balance and healing can emerge.
Her Reiki sessions are rooted in presence, compassion, and deep listening. Becca meets each person exactly where they are, allowing sessions to unfold organically and with care. Her work invites clients to slow down, reconnect, and return to a sense of inner steadiness.
Outside of her practice, Becca finds nourishment in the outdoors through nature photography, exploring new places, and spending time with loved ones—especially her cat, Bean.
Becca creates a space to settle, soften, and just be.

Leanna Preston
Massage Therapy w/Myofascial Release
Leanna began her professional journey in 2022 after attending the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy. She believes healing is achieved through balance, recognizing that emotions impact the body and the body, in turn, influences emotional well-being. By attending to both, she supports meaningful and lasting healing.
Leanna blends John Barnes Myofascial Release, neuromuscular massage, and Swedish massage into customized sessions tailored to each client’s long-term needs. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain or stiffness, or simply seeking deep relaxation, Leanna works collaboratively to assess goals and create a thoughtful treatment plan that supports comfort, recovery, and renewal.
Outside of her massage practice, Leanna seeks balance and inspiration through writing and reading. She is guided by the belief that compassion, understanding, and skilled touch can become the quiet magic that helps people feel whole again.
Leanna is deeply grateful for the opportunity to support those seeking relief and healing.
