Scar tissue is reported in science to be a common cause of stress activation. As human beings, we are forever collecting scars and traumas throughout our lives. Any scar, whether a small one from a childhood fall, to dental surgery or a major post-surgical scar, will activate stress by creating an “electrical” interference that disrupts the sympathetic nervous system (SNS). Touch of Nature Healing specializes in treatments that release scar tissue, freeing our clients from the physical and emotional effects of trauma. Scar tissue release techniques at Touch of Nature Healing consist of Neurostim and MPS Pain Therapy, Myofascial Release techniques, and use of Kineso Taping.
