Three Days. A Beautiful Place.
A Community of Women...
A Return to YOU!
What would it feel like to step away from the noise of everyday life and give yourself three days to slow down, reconnect, and listen inward?
Connecting With Your Inner Wisdom is a women’s retreat designed to create space for healing, reflection, movement, nourishment, and meaningful connection. Surrounded by nature and held in community with a small group of other women, you’ll have the opportunity to explore holistic practices, rest deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom already within you.
Over three days, you’ll experience CranioSacral Therapy, Qigong, meditation, journaling, a women’s circle, nourishing plant-based meals, time in nature, and space for rest and reflection.

There is something powerful that happens when women come together in community. We begin to feel supported, seen, and reminded that we don’t have to do everything alone. This retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember the wisdom that is already within you.
