About the event

Gather your group of 4 to 6 people for a guided experience at Forest & Flowers Retreat. The weekend will include Retreat House accommodations and amenities along with most meals, and 4 guided workshops or group experiences which may include forest bathing, yoga, tea meditations, herbs, aromatherapy, flowers, and myofascial release stretching, as well as optional 1:1 sessions for massage, reiki, and craniosacral therapy.
