About the event
Settle in at Forest & Flowers Retreat for a 75 minute workshop that will include an opening meditation with the plants, a guided yoga practice infused with essential oils throughout, and a take home essential oil gift.
The event will be held rain or shine, and take place outside next to our summer flower gardens or in the workshop barn. This experience will be led by registered yoga teacher, Michele Miklos, and Forest & Flowers Retreat founder and director, Jenni Hulburt.
