Calling Back Your Power

It’s now autumn, and I can feel the season inviting me to shift my routines. There’s a noticeable intensity in the air — something stirring beneath the surface. Whether it’s my work schedule, my daughter’s school needs, home responsibilities, or my own body asking for more attention, the energy around me feels heightened and a bit unsettling.
In times like this, I’ve learned to return to a simple practice: calling my power back. When I allow myself to sit with the discomfort I feel inside and spend time in quiet reflection, I can sense when my energy is scattered, and when it’s time to reclaim it.
To support this practice, I’ve created a short, guided meditation — just five minutes — to help you gently come back into your power. It’s a simple way to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself whenever life feels scattered.
Finding Power in a Distracted World

I notice a world full of distraction, separation, and old energies rising to the surface. But at the same time, I also see a world overflowing with wonder, love, and endless offerings. When I feel out of alignment with my heart, that’s my cue to come home to myself.
Part of this process is self-care — sometimes through somatic emotional release, Neuroemotional Techniques (NET), EMDR, CranioSacral Therapy, myofascial release, Reiki, movement, quiet hikes, or simply sitting in silence to write. These practices help me anchor back into my body and my heart.
When I’m in my power, I feel clear, conscious, and centered. My hope is that this meditation I’ve created can be a gentle and effective way to help you return to your power, too.
An Invitation to Begin
If you’re unsure where to begin, I welcome you to a bodywork session with me. The integrative tools I use have supported many people who’ve found their way to my treatment room — and it’s always an honor to hold that space.
Blessings,
Briana
